Sardar Realty has been involved in the real estate business in Mumbai since 2000. Our Group is one amongst the oldest groups involved in the real estate business. We started our operations in real estate development as early as 1985, in the western suburbs of Mumbai like Jogeshwari (West), Andheri (West), Malad (East) and Central suburbs. We have gained immense reputation and credibility through our diligent work and timely delivery of our projects. Through our various group companies, till date, we have completed real estate projects cumulatively covering over 5 Lakhs Sq.fts and obtaining O.C for the same. The Projects developed so far have been small and medium, ranging from 30,000 to 90,000 Sq.fts.
We are well-versed with the existing DCPR 2034 Rules including SRA norms & procedures, Building Proposal - Regulation 30, 33(7) , 33(11) and well conversant with the Local Offices including Building Proposals, SRA, the City Survey, SLR and all connecting departments for approvals. This mitigates the risk of delays & non-compliance with required norms and the consequent disruption of project development activities to a large extent which has only helped us offer a hassle-free experience to our customers and gaining their strong trust.

Management is, above all, a practice where art, science, and craft meet.

The Group Top Management has a dedicated team of professionals with expertise in processes, planning aspects, understanding reservations, DP remarks, MCGM Systems & Processes, Markets and especially purchasing. For Design, Engineering, Liasioning and Execution, we associate with the best in trade Architects, Planners, RCC Consultants, MEP Consultants, Legal Advisors and Liasioning team as per the requirements of the project. However, each and every aspect of the process passes through the detailed scrutiny and inspection of our top management. Till now, all the Projects have been funded through a mix of Partner Capital, & Customer, Investor advances. We take pride in having more than 5, 00,000 Sq.fts BU Work in pipeline with procuring IOD and C.C (Commencement Certificate).
