Sardar Realty has been involved in the real estate business in Mumbai since 2000.
Our Group is one amongst the oldest groups involved in the real estate business. We started our operations
in real estate development as early as 1985, in the western suburbs of Mumbai like Jogeshwari (West), Andheri (West),
Malad (East) and Central suburbs. We have gained immense reputation and credibility through our diligent work
and timely delivery of our projects. Through our various group companies, till date, we have completed
real estate projects cumulatively covering over 5 Lakhs Sq.fts and obtaining O.C for the same.
The Projects developed so far have been small and medium, ranging from 30,000 to 90,000 Sq.fts.
We are well-versed with the existing DCPR 2034 Rules including SRA norms & procedures,
Building Proposal - Regulation 30, 33(7) , 33(11) and well conversant with the Local Offices including
Building Proposals, SRA, the City Survey, SLR and all connecting departments for approvals.
This mitigates the risk of delays & non-compliance with required norms and the consequent disruption of
project development activities to a large extent which has only helped us offer a hassle-free experience
to our customers and gaining their strong trust.
